He can still override calls, but let the OC call the game for the most part. He isn't going to bring in someone that doesn't share his philosophy, so it will be someone that runs his style. All he should do game day is worry about what calls are going in and to decide whether to override it or not. Should only be where the game is on the line in my opinion.
