agree he is no leader, a leader would never do this.
however I feel it is all on Zach his drop is too long, he really does not have a quick release and he never stepped up in the pocket, maybe twice. He over threw a game winning second down conversion and his int in the first half could have cost us 3 points should we have gotten in range he always over throws the deep ball and the staff did little to help vadal but with a qb with such poor pocket presence thus will always happen

Think about it, have we ever heard a QB single out a player like this before? I'm trying to remember if I ever heard someone call out a position/name like this before.......

The problem is not Mett or Alexander, it is a coaching staff that can't make decisions to help alleviate or solve the problem.This staff can't seem to make adjustments during the game.The problem is coaching or lack thereof.
