I played against Lester Earl and Cory Powell and that Glen Oaks team in 1995-96 was the best I've ever seen in Louisiana since I was in high school. They would absolutely demolish any team from this time period

In 1998 Parkview Baptist had one of the best teams in the country. Had 6-7 guys off that team sign high major scholarships. There were a couple others.
Parkview and Woodlawn were the two teams that came to mind first. It was amazing how Don Green "just happened" to get that group of players all at once. What was even more funny was listening to Parkview people say they didnt recruit those guys.
