So I got a kitchen aid ice cream maker attachment for my blender for Christmas. Today was my first attempt. Made a habanero white chocolate ice cream. One of the most interesting and amazing culinary experiences I can recall. It was slightly sweet and cold- then BAM with heat. Really odd and cool.
Recipe was found online via google. Here is a link. I added an extra habanero but I like heat.
