Jerk string is a great idea. You can get one of those shaker feed calls and a 6 in 1 whistles as well.
If the timber is private, maybe build a small platform to get her out of the water.

Get her a gun and get her on some clays this off season. I got my woman interested by shooting clays...she doesn't like to go with me bc we dont have birds and she doesn't get to shoot, lol

Yeah its a lease. So I will definitely be building a couple blinds for us to get out of the water and weather a little bit
