Congratulations! Don't spend it all in one place!
I was fortunate to work as an adviser in the central banks in several former Soviet Union republics, including Russia (big shock, I know, considering my screen name ).
In five of those republics (Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia) the central bank presented me with a gift of a commemorative .999 silver coin depicting their newly won independence. I am very proud to display those coins. I've had guests ask to buy one from me and the bid price was very nice! But so far I've held onto them.
