Driving from party to party and taking videos/pics sure sounds like it would be a conspiracy (if that is what happened). From the twitter caps it looks like there were likely more than two people involved.

i thought the pics were from different places and only the girl moved?
i don't know the facts are very limited
i get the feeling, and i could be wrong, she did bang 2 of them (the ones arrested) and then passed out...and then was just brought from party to party (without assault) as sort of a fricked up trophy
