And if the chief was genuine in his request, then props to him too.
The issue it seems (admittedly I have not watched Anon's vids and I really have no dog in this fight, I'm just debating to debate), is that perhaps it's not the police or prosecutors that are hindering the investigation but rather the townsfolk, the school faculty, etc.
