Recruiting is not a job search. They are not employees. That is a bad comparison.

All schools do it this way. All scholarship offers have conditional language in them so the coaches can back out. Nothing is final until the player signs on the dotted line and registers for classes.

This is what some people don't understand. Non commitable offer is for the school, and not the player. The school is saying that we are not going to committ to giving you a scholarship until you meet all of our guidelines - not the other way around.
