I say NO. The JPS 21 from this year did not measure up to the JPS 17 or JPS 18. I also though that the JPS 18 did not quite measure up to the JPS 17. IMHO.

thats what I was thinking on the jps 21. I have a bottle of 18 that i have yet to open yet.
