I definitely want to build my first one. Just not sure if its cheaper to buy a complete lower or stripped with lpk.

Its a little cheaper starting out with a stripped lower...but the best part is you will know how to fix/upgrade it.

Well then you would want a stripped lower and lpk. I wouldn't call attaching a complete lower to a complete upper building one.
