Yeah i thought that as well, but finally found some nice pictures of both lowers to compare. It looked to me like most of the difference was in the ring that the buffer tube threads into. It's octagonal for the 3H so that it matches up to the geometry of their billet upper. The 3S is circular like any other lower. Besides that there is some discrepancy on how the lines match up beneath the ejection port but thats it. So at least it's usable until I can score the matching upper.

Looks pretty good. Lines arent clean but its only noticable because of how close the camera is. As long as it functions properly I wouldnt care too much. After function its all asthetics anyway. Even though they designed the pistol grip to dove tail like that for accuracy purposes they could have inletted the lower around that area just to clean the lines up a bit, but all their lowers look like that when not using their pistol grips.
