Steak Sandwich Recipe?

I am looking for a recipe for a certain kind of steak sandwich. It involves one of those loafs of bread that sorta looks like an upside down bowl that you normally cut the middle out of to fill with dip. Well, in this recipe you cut out the middle and then fill it with stuff like mushrooms, cheese, and here's the kicker, something like 3-5 whole grilled steaks. You then do something like either bake it or just cover it with foil and put weights on it to flatten it down. You then cut it into 1/4s and eat it like a sandwhich. I know its a very rough description but if anyone happens to know a recipe like this please pass it along. Thanks!

The bread is either a boule or an Italian cap bread(muffelata loaf). The steaks will have to be sliced into pieces as no one has the jaws to bite through a whole steak. Grill/saute the mushrooms and some onion and add with the cheese described and steak slices, then bake to melt the cheese.

I've made this one a few times and people seem to really enjoy it
Marinade
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon yellow mustard seeds, cracked
3 (12 to 14-ounce) rib-eye steaks
4 ounces Gorgonzola, crumbled
1/2 cup sour cream
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 baguette (about 2 feet long), split lengthwise
2 cups lightly packed arugula
Mix the sour cream and gorgonzola together to form a spread.
Put the spread onto the baguette
Cut steak into slices and season with salt and pepper and place onto baquette.
Top with arugula
