I don't think my wright's thick cut is more or less healthy than your homemade bacon.

I also don't think my kraft deluxe is any more or less healthy than your pasta.

Bacon is bacon and pasta is pasta. And you eat both also so don't look down on me.
But I will venture to say your dinner tonight tasted better than mine due to the ingredients.

I'd agree there. There isn't a huge degree of difference between bacon unless you're just buying bottom of the barrel crap. I guarantee you though mine tastes better. And speaking of whiceh I went by Cleaver & Co. today and bought a 2 lb pork belly. Will start the cure on it tomorrow and have another batch of homemade bacon by the end of next week.
