We got shrimp from Tony's @ $4.99/lb, head on. These were nice.

Sweat down an onion and bell pepper, for 30 min.
De-veined the shrimp, and seared.
Toasted the French bread for 2 minutes in the oven
Added mayo, dijon mustard,shrimp, a few pickle slivers and tomato.

shrimp poboy.
