He was the associate AD at Bama. Ran the day-to-day ops there.
Was mostly brought in to consolidate the mens and womens ADs and clean up Hamilton's financial mess. Has done a decent job there, but has royally fricked this search up.

My opinion is that all this mess in Knoxville over the last few years has been an elaborate scheme by Alabama to destroy the athletic department from the inside out.
Kirby Smart is the last piece of the puzzle.

You Tennessee fans can go ahead and remove those big six sigs. A true and proper leader of a program would have their house in order before firing a coach.
