Like I said before this is probably the worst Premier League in a long time. The Bundesliga may have a runaway favorite at this time, but its best challengers are far better than anything the Premier League has to offer.
Valencia, Malaga and Atletico Madrid have really made La Liga much more competitive this year.

Undoubtedly a "weak" year in the PL. If you want to go by CL success though, take a look at the amount of PL semifinalists/finalists compared to other leagues over the past decade or so.
