Don't want to cook and would rather pick up something from a restuarant, grocery store, etc.
I am on the Northshore, so any recommendations would be appreciated.
GF cooked for Thanksgiving and I don't feel like cooking for Xmas. Looking at getting a fried turkey, honey baked ham and some sides.
TIA

Probably not, but she liked my cooking, or at least told me she did.

You can have 90% of the production done in a bit of time over the approaching days, or go the "cheap" route and visit Rouses.

I'm not sure how much you're looking to spend but they have a chef in the New Orleans area that runs a supper club every weekend. He usually does holiday orders but it can be pricey. If you're interested check out Hush Supper Club on Facebook. HTH

Honey Baked Ham
2 dozen Popeyes biscuits.
Bag of salad
Cut veggies with hidden valley dip
Can you cook frozen whole kernel corn in oven?
Buy your favorite tater salad somewhere.

Heard that the other day on the radio. May give them a shot.

Give Copeland's on 190 a call. I am pretty sure they do a Christmas luncheon.

I'm not sure about the Northshore because I never venture up to that cookie cutter hellhole that claims New Orleans, but in reality is everything against what New Orleans stands for. But, if yall have a BBQ joint up there, I'm sure they can do a fried turkey or ham for you. In terms of sides, is it really that hard for you to make those? Seriously, do the sides with your girlfriend (trust me, I'm sure she'd appreciate doing the activity with you).

You don't know her very well.

Don't know about a fried turkey, but you might try Bergeron's. They probably smoke some turkeys and I know they have casseroles in their freezer for sides because I've seen the typical holiday fare in there at the Lobdell location.
