Wrong. Payouts for cap one and cotton are significantly more than other non-SEC bowls.

First, SEC revenue sharing.

Second,

Chicken Bowl - 6.9 million
Crap-ton - 7.25
Bailout Bowl - 8.5

Capital One has been the highest non-BCS payout bowl, though Cotton has been making waves for the past few years.

CFA bowl payout - $6.9
Cotton Bowl - $7.25 mil ($325K not significant).
Cap One - $8.5 mil (significant)
