is it called yote gland lure?
is there a brand you prefer or too stay away from?

how do you cover your scent from handling the traps.
would like to learn to snare so I can teach the kids. grew up usin steel traps but would rather snare

Nobody mentioned fishing for them?
Take a line with a leader
Hang a treble hook from a tree
put piece of chicken on hook
set height where he's got to stand on hind legs to get up to it.
Come back later and admire your dead coyote.

Sorry it took so long to respond. For scent control I just use plastic gloves like you use to shuck oysters. As for lures and scents these are what I am using right now Will call bobcats fox and yotes and just for coyotes coyote matrix and coyote 4 dead runner. As for snaring I don't do very much of it anymore. Was never real good at it anyways
