Besides the play calling, I'm not sure who is in charge of player personnel, but it has been awful all season. When Pierre is in the game the offense has the most diversity of plays they can run, the opt to use Ingram and Sproles who makes the offense predictable.
My favorite formation is the 2RB(Thomas, Sproles) Shotgun. Our success rate in this formationis very high.
