I am uncertain as to whether or not he enjoys his second fiddle role (maybe less stress), but I would be more than satisfied with the big chief taking over the reins as LSU''s head coach.

He doesn't recruit well and this would be disaster hire...and I love chief

He doesn't want to be a head coach. He'd probably follow Miles.

A second fiddle and that stache...what else could a guy want.

If you are worried about losing chief be more worried about the new UTk coach trying to pull him. He ain't going nowhere as a HC

Stop posting with this post. Good coordinators don't always make good coaches. Good coaches are good managers more so than good coordinators. It takes a special talent to lead. Leadership is actually difficult, which is why leaders get paid more. Loyal leaders are even rarer. I think we are safe.
