Shouldn't the dog hunters speak to the other property owners?

Perhaps they don't know their dogs are crossing property lines. Might be nice people who don't know any better. Let's not instantly assume people we've never met are mindless rednecks trying to ruin your nice property.

If you've never talked to the man running dogs and you're just blindly shooting them, shame on you. Perhaps lots of these issues could be solved peacefully and without banning anything.

You clearly missed the part where I said I hate them too.

look for ways to regulate the outlaws

As far as I know, they are currently not outlaws.

My neighbors behind me run dogs and it just so happens I own the last 1/2 mile stretch of creek (both sides) up to the road. Said creek drains a couple of thousand acres. As you can imagine they cross me and catch dogs on my road frontage all the time.

I hate people running dogs. They say they can't control the dogs, but they know everything uses that creek. Their holding rifles trying to "catch" dogs up on the damn highway.

Oh yeah, the timber lease behind me where they do this is also a 3000 acre lease...
