In 1993 12 teams had 10+ wins of 105 for 11.4%
I can do every year if needed, you will find the 25-6% total is not there to be found.
Both for 10+ wins a year now vs the 90's 8.
BTW teams with 8 wins for 1993 are 10 for 9.52%.
