Love the da Vinci quote. Fla beat us so bad example. I could honestly care less about stats. We are predictable and vanilla. That kind of offense lets inferior teams hand around. See Kentucky 2007 Arkansas 2007. Ark and ole miss this year. Les 's style of football keeps lesser teams In the game with a chance to steal a win. See the clock mgmt debacle in Oxford. When your better than an opponent fricking show it. Out your foot on the kneck and push down

I fully agree with your sentiments but I don't think your examples fit your argument:
- the '07 games we lost weren't due to O. We scored 27 vs UK and 28 vs Arky in regulation. That should've been enough.
- We scored 41 on OM this year. How many do we have to score?

Ever since '08 Les has taken a very conservative tack to O, i.e., don't turn the ball over and give the opponent an easy score. For the most part we've done just that. And for the most part we've been successful.

What is happening is that there are a couple of teams on our schedule every year (Bama and UF for now) that we are handcuffing ourselves with no value added and even to our detriment.

IMO, if Les continues down this path we'll continue to lose a game or two every year that we could so easily have won and along the way miss out on some championships.

Yep. Florida is #5 in the nation in turnover margin and you want to start letting your RB's throw passes and WR's pitching or handing the ball off on reverses or hook and laterals? Ask FSU how it worked out against Florida when you turn the ball over. There's a reason Les Miles makes $3.8 million to coach LSU while you are busy telling people to keep their elbow straight.
