Just take her in and tell them your budget ahead of time. You can at least get a needle aspirate and exam for less than $100. They will help you out. We are a relatively higher end clinic and I could lance it with a scalpel and put you on antibiotics for less than $200. Would it be my best recommendation, no, but you have to work with what you can.

If you you drain it your self just make sure you use sterile blades drain it real good and keep it clean. if you can get your hands on some safe antibiotics for her go for it.
