It's not his raw shooting numbers I'm worried about as a rookie. His mentality is to look for his own shot. He is a scorer not a playmaker. That's who the guy is. If the NBA is positonless as people claim it is now, then Rivers is a 2 guard, regardless of his height.

However, I am not opposed to him learning both positions because that will make him a better player down the road.

Rivers hasn't been looking for his shot enough as an NBA player. He gets timid and starts making bad passes. He's playing with confidence right now and his play took a huge leap up.
