I think Chaney stays. Its quite obvious the defense was what had the fanbase the most hostile this past year. I see Hart hiring a defensive minded coach which looks favorable for Chaney. Not to mention Chaney seems content with being a coordinator but I could certainly be wrong about that.

I know most Vol fans disagree, but I really would be okay with Al Golden. He wouldn't be my first choice, but I could live with it.
