Freedom of speech vs. LSU code of student conduct and the fact that the cost of their football tickets is subsidized by the university.
The student ticket is a privilege not a right. Therefore, they should learn to cheer appropriate cheers.
The cheer is not funny the millionth time. It's not clever. It's juvenile, like laughing in 1st grade when someone calls his penis a pee-pee.

These two statements from the same post illustrates the problem with some of you. It's called situational awareness.

When you have thousands of students saying suck a dick on a national stage, then it becomes a problem.

It matters what the university thinks about it. Freedom of speech doesn't mean freedom from consequences in certain situations. You can't say bomb on a plane.
