It would certainly earn a swift arse kicking from me if I caught the moron in the act. Where is is located though? I haven't been to the dome yet this season

A friend took this pic when we pass by before the Falcon's game.
It's beautiful. Not sure what side of the dome it's on. It's not far from the square though.
