Price seems to be undervalued and just took a big hit because of the shake-up at the top. I'm thinking it could be a good buy.

I bought a little while ago around $31. I've lost a big since, but I am still long MSFT. Here's what I know:
1) Great valuation
2) Solid historical earnings
3) Solid brand name and diverse operations
4) Positive outlook with a PC rebound
All signs point to price appreciation over the mid-long term. However, never go 100% in one stock!

Damn MSFT at 27 looks like a beauty.

I am pretty conservative with my buy targets, but they usually work. I shoot for a 15% annual return.
Assuming 9% EPS, Average P/E of 10 and a Payout Ratio of 40%, MSFT would be a strong buy under 20.
