I take it on a case by case basis. Had a guy build a box blind on his side of the line, but his only shooting window was facing MY land. I stepped across the property line and tore down his box blind. Had another guy in a climber just on the other side of the property line in one of my favorite spots. He put his climber at the top of the ridge in a saddle overlooking my hunting spot. He even had the nerve to hide his climber on my land and then retrieve it and shinny up his tree just on his side of the line. He was looking and planning on shooting any deer that was on my land and then dragging it out across the line. I was in a natural ground blind about 50 yards from him and he never even knew I was there. I waited until he climbed down that evening and hid his climber. Then I got his climber, took it with me, and hauled it to the dump. Never saw him again after that.
