The only problem I could see about using these things is that if you are hunting deeper water or open water, the wind would sail your decoys. And also WTF you do if your hands get cold as shite? Clip what?
You make a loop at the bottom to clip to a carabiner or similar, it's pretty easu
And you make them long enough for the water you hunt in
I don't roam around, I'm never in more that 2' of water
