yeah i found that site but with only a little over a week left before the season, I'm just gonna go to academy & buy it there. Don't wanna take the chance of it not gtting to my house before next saturday.

The site says that a reciept of purchase does not make it legal for you to hunt. You have to have the signed stamp in your possession.
