I haven't missed the start button at all.
Pretty much. I guess I occasionally used the search and to access control panel, but once you get used to hovering your mouse in the right corner it isn't a big deal.

do tell. I just go back to the Metro and then hover on the left side until the side pane pops out. Then right click and close the program. It works, but it is far from efficient.
