Her best friend won't get married every year. Sell tickets, pocket a couple of grand, and grow up. Being married makes us less selfish, and it is hard sometimes, but it is worth it.

Happy wife, happy life.

Its your fault 08, if u did not sit her down before u got married and explained to her the deal, like I did. That way she can't say well u never told me.

My wife doesn’t understand why I’m not selling my LSU/Alabama tickets and going with her to her best friend’s wedding. She will not speak to me because of this. We have been married 6 months. What do I do? Not going to the game is not an option

If she anything like my wife she will be pissed regardless now since its become an issue. You might as well go and have a good time. She will get over it eventually. Just might hurt your pocket book a little when she goes shopping next time

Plus the friend will probably get divorced in a few years and you can just make the next one.

Man up and go with her. It shows her that no matter what she can depend on you to be there for her. I know others say go to the game but don't listen to them.

No...don't listen to this crock. If she wanted to show you how much you mean to her then she would let you go. It works both ways.
