I'm having some trouble with my roku player for netflix. It comes on fine and loads ok but when I click on what I want to watch and hit play it will go to the loading screen for a few seconds then goes back to the title screen. Anyone have any ideas on what might be wrong?

In the famous words of Roy, "Have you tried turning it off and on again"?

it could just be netflix acting up for some odd reason. I've had issues happen randomly before where netflix wouldn't show any of the movie/tv pictures as I was surfing through trying to find something to watch.
I've also seen netflix act up in a manor where your internet connection may go out/choke down uber slow and netflix still lets you surf through titles, almost like they were cached, but the second you try and watch something it shows the loading screen then fails. Are any of your other channels having issues?

I hate when Netflix acts up in that manor.
On a serious note, I had an issue with Roku Netflix once but it just required turning it off and turning it back on. If that doesn't work, no clue. Good luck.

I have the same problem, but after it does that the first time it always works. I am using one of the old, larger rokus.

I've tried it on a couple of others and it does the same. (Different channels other than netflix)
