Axis meat is ridiculously good.

And for the comment on the price, the cost of trophy axis has dropped quite a bit. They are all over the Texas country side.

Good to know. My uncle's shot a couple as well and they are bringing home the meat....I have a feeling Thanksgiving this year will involve backstrap....
