the problem with play action is when we run the ball unless it is a direct had off, the rb gets the ball 5 to 6 yards behind the line on a pitch. This is suppose to give him better vision to see the hole and pick his lane. On direct handoffs the back is hauling arse towards the line because this usually happens on short yardage and we dont need more than a yard or two. On the play action the back just kind of sits back behind the line and waits for mett to get there to get the fake. This fulls no one on any defense. Its so predictable. All CBs Ss and LBs have to do is watch what the RB does at the snap and they know what the play call is pretaining to a run or play action.

One of the problems is we run that little toss play instead of the traditional qb reverses out and hands the ball off deep. I like the toss and we get lots of yards off it but It is not as easy to play action off as traditional handoff.
