It wasn't that he looked liek he couldn't run with the big boys, he needs time to develop a head for the game. And that mean more than 9 months before he becomes the QB of the defense (as far as Feist goes)
I think Melvin Jones is freakishly talented. has Size and athleticism. I wonder if he may be a "casualty" to DE. Especially if Daub stays committed. IDK. It will all work out for the best. Either we have beastly debth at MLB or we have a beast at DE. I think JOnes has a bright future ahead of him.

I think Jones is at least as good a prospect as Kain, stars be damned.
And I believe he tore his PCL, not the MCL so he should be good to go for the Tigers and hopefully good to go for his team later in the season if they make a playoff run.
