Well many teams are bad road teams. LSU benefits from having their toughest remaining games at home.
LSU is bad on the road but they should handle A&M and Arkansas.

I lean to the thought... that this was a 'damn strong football team'' they beat...
and beat worse than the score indicates...
a punt return, and a int allowed USC to stay close
.. maybe one truth.. As Goes Mett goes on the road, so goes LSU?????

My opinion is this: we had success because we were able to complete some early passes and keep the sc safeties out of the box which in turn helped us run the ball successfully. The biggest differences btw the sc game and the UF game were that we didn't drop passes that would have been first downs and we didn't have many penalties that amounted to insurmountable yardage. That's why we were able to succeed. Simply executing.
I was the biggest miles basher of all last week, but the proof is in the pudding. When the players are efficient, the formula works. We were in the red zone all night.
The more this team gels, the better they'll get. I can't wait to watch it all unfold.
