Alfredo Aceves
Andrew Bailey
Maybe Addison Reed

you are changing what you said and I told you Brandon League
Valverde had 35 saves with only 5 blown
So he's not the worst in baseball he's just the worse in the AL which is what I watch.
That shows why saves is a meaningless stat. Valverde was like 6-8 or something holding when entering the game with a 1 run lead or tie. He was terrible this year any Tigers fan could tell you that.

He was probable the worst closer in the AL if not all of baseball this year.
Your stupidity never ceases to amaze me

Walden, Fuentes, Bailey and Cordero didn't even close the majority of games this year?

Balfour lost his job earlier this year, Cook took over.
Now Balfour Rage is unbelievable.
"I said we are going to rock this guy's world tonight. We are going to walk off in A's fashion because that's what we do." - Balfour

I already told you why he didn't lose his job, Leyland is an idiot and we had no one better. If we had Ernesto Frieri Jose wouldn't of made it to June.
Saves are a meaningless stat, stop bringing them up. Valverde was terrible in 1 run situations

Aceves was probable worse, Reed was better or equal.
Like I said ask any Tiger fan about Valverde this year and they'll tell you he's been absolute shite.

You can do that with a 5 ERA big deal.

Holy shite, you are insufferable. I guess you about five closers in the AL who were worse than Valverde and then you stipulate that they had to close for the whole year.

Aceves was probable worse
No, he was definitely worse. Just for starters, Aceves had an ERA that was like 1.50 higher. Generally, the pitcher with the 5.36 is worse than the pitcher with the 3.78 by a metric frickton.

Except his ERA was not 5, it was 3.78.

I think the Tigers could've put anyone out there in the 9th. The A's were winning that ballgame. I've just never seen anything like this club
