Prayers sent, may i ask what happend?
Reason why is one of my best friends just got his taken off below the knee 2 weeks ago. He fell 20 foot from a deerstand last year at christmas, and his leg was so badly damaged it would never heal. Kept infection for 10 months n just couldnt get around without crutches. It was a major decision on his part to amputate, as there was another option.. A bone graft, which they said "if" it took it would be another year before he was back on his feet and the percent chance it took was only 50 percent, and said if amputate they could do a prostetic and he be back on his feet by thanksgiving! He went that route, tough decision for a 34 yr old man with 2 kids but he made it. And he is doing great an going to get fitted for prostetic next week! Said he feels great, and no more pain or infection! I dont know your dads situation but it will all work out for the best. The good Lord takes care of everything, and with todays advancements with surgery and medicine is amazing what can be done!
