There is no way we are ahead of ND and I am an Oregon fan. I wouldn't feel like we deserved it if ND can get through their schedule unscathed.

Am I the only one that thinks Notre Dame's schedule is strong enough but being a bit exaggerated?

ND plays these Top20 teams:

Stanford, @Oklahoma, USC

Oregon (to go undefeated would likely) play:
Stanford, USC X2

Are Michigan, Michigan St, BYU, Miami that much better than Oregon St, Arizona, Arizona St, Washington?

ND has less absolute cupcakes than Oregon but seriously no team other than any these above should be close to challenging a potential NC team.

Here is what ND has in its advantage:
Miami
OU
Michigan/Michigan St all are probable BCSCC

Navy BYU are bowl teams

USC will probably be in the PAC 12 CGC

Pitt could win Big East but doubt it. Wake and BC are what bring the SOS down.

Plus they play 12 FBS games, which helps.

That's some serious résumé building there.
