Coaching problems. He did fine with the three step until the coaching staff decided we used up the quota or something.

His 3 step drop almost gave me heart failure a few times.
ETA: The only possible solution I see is to put him back there in the shot gun with 3 or 4 wides. And do a hurry up or quicker tempo offense. Force him to speed up a little bit.
