Makes more sense to me than him calling out JK like that. Just seemed like a plausible explanation for him being left off.

Then again, if JK thinks Jozy has attitude and work-rate problems, it probably didn't help that he got sent off for mouthing off right when JK was making call-ups.

I had forgotten that JK was so open about his criticism of Jozy:

Personally, I think JK comes off delusional with a lot of the things he says, and I wouldn't make the same decisions on players that he does. But it's still early in his tenure, and I for one hope he gets a World Cup to prove himself.
