Hard to believe any team is worse than the Titans right now. I believe they're the first team in NFL history to have given up 30+ in their first 5 games. With Locker out (Statistically 95% of their offense when he played), they're the worst in the league.

it's close between the titans and jaguars, I don't know how either of them actually won a game. And the Browns are getting close, but I feel like I can't put them higher than 31st because they're winless
