I coach little league football,what I've noticed is,when the qb throws,the receivers should catch it.When the rb runs,he should not be stopped so quickly.When the ball is snapped,the defensive line should not be so far across the line of scrimmage.Also,the Russel Sheppard kid needs more than one snap per game.Other than that,everything looks good.
