Our biggest problem this year has been the offense. And the O-Line is significantly under-performing. It kinda looks like we don't have an O-Line coach or an OC, doesn't it?


Great point. I wonder what happened to the guys that led us to 13 wins last year.

Where in my subject line does it say CLM can NEVER be involved? My suggestions is that CLM has way too much input and too much control. He is no Spurrier- CLM has proved he knows little about offensive play calling and scheming- He needs to get a proven OC and stay out of his way-he should always have input on crucial plays but he needs to realize he is severely handicapped at offensive play calling

His biggest problem is himself- self inflicted wounds.

Real leaders lead, delegate and give authority to those who report to them- they do not micromanage
