That's just it...Miles could make his job so much easier by hiring a top notch OC, and let him handle his duties like Chavis handles the D. Miles is an excellent recruiter and a judge of talent...he just needs to back off the nuts and bolts of things. IMO

That's the attitude that Les needs to take with the offense. Hire a guy, get the frick out of the way unless it's not working, and then get in the way and make changes.
